Should I give up?

I'm thinking of giving up, put a team of subs and save my main 11 to other important matches ;O ;(

You should never do that IMHO. Matches are like level 4 (World Class) drills that train all the white skills -- too valuable to waste on your subs. It is better to have 11-12 excellent players rather than 20 who are just "good".
Besides, comebacks are real. Never give up.
