may be he scored from free kick.....i have done this many times in one of the seasons when i had put my goalkeeper on the free kicks and he scored some goals

maybe your focus to left flank is wrong choice because your oppo DR form really good 8.4,

your middle defend also weak, only got 2-DC and no DMC,

your oppo was hit your weak spot by using 3-ST and 1-AMC,
