Hey there.. 3 questions to become a better player :)

I'm a level 6th manager who started last october..

I have always finished 1-4 position of every league (I got 1st place the first three seasons, then 2nd, then 4th, now I'll probably be second again)

And at the beginning I usted to win the Champions, I think I got 3 of those, but never managed to win the Cup.

Now I'm ussually ending my participation at semis or quarter finals.

I have a 6* team (101%, 50,4) the middle age being at 21.4 years.

What I've been thinking is to try finish not on the first 1-8 position, so I can stay in the same level and try yo be more competitive (almost every team that beat me on cups or league was a spender). Do you have any advice regards this?

I have also hace been selling my 25 or more years players and hace been buying 18-19 youngsters with 85% to 95%. I'm order to get a better team foto the future. I'm doing right?

Also is there anywhere where I can learning to train players better?

i am against tanking. i did it for 2 seasons but i dont think its a good idea. i managed to have 170% team but i had no benefit concerning gaining titles since my draws for all competitions had some equal or higher quality teams. so better to focus on how to improve your tactics
