How can i get 1% in seconds abilities of my players ?

Hello guys , How can i get 1% in seconds abilities of my players and what is the best strategy to achieve this level ?

You must have 4-5 teams.All teams must be on same server.Each team must be 1 lvl above the other.
You buy 18y player with your lowest lvl team,you train only the :white skills and sell the player
to the team that is one lvl above.You train "white skills" again and sell the player to the next lvl team etc...
I do not recommend it thow...too much work too little gaining...
