Team only lose

Hi guys can someone help me cuz i got a big problem those 2 seasons . when i started top eleven i played with 3-2-2-2-1 and i got treble and the next season i got league and champions and runner up on cup on season 4 i tried to change formation and the problems come i hardly managed to win any matches even if i was the stronger on league and hardly got thrid place on league on cup and champions i got 1/16 now im season 5 on champions im the last on the groups only loses on league i got only 2 wins all others were lose and on cup i hardly and lucky have win 1-0 /0-1 i tried many formations every day i set about 6-7 friendly to test the formations but i still lose to weaker teams i buyed and many other players but still no luck and on assosiationc i got a lose 5-2 today with a 70% team while mine team is 90% what tactic should i do i tried 3-2-2-2-1 no luck i tried 4-5-1 no luck tried 3-1-4-2 no luck tried setting my own formation no luck what should i do becouse i feel sory for some players that are 110+ and have spend so much tokens and money to buy them and they dont performs and i dont want to sell them or to put them as subisions ..

what formation should i use and should i change them with the reserve players ?

I would change the 2nd ST with a DMC.
Start with def/counters/mix, normal , off ...

Also you must save some packs

i had a hard cup match and tried 3-1-4-2 and on min 70 tried 3-1-4-1-1 and managed to win 4-1 idk if it was luck ot not but i will stuck with it right now to see what happens
