Start all over again

hi guys. so i played top 11 in 2017 but i've uninstalled the game. Three days ago, i've saw this in app store, and i've installed again. i have a nice team but my finances are s*it. Its just a matter of time until bankrupted arrived.
So, can i start all over again? How can i do it? New facebook? thanks guys

if you are using android, try "clear data" first. it will erase all the data in the google play account also,

i was tried clear the data on other game, and it work, i can start over again by using same google play account.

but i never try on top eleven

but my advice to you, you don't have to start over again from zero,

just continue using same team because now you got high training level with many drill unlocked and higher level facility too.

right now, just focusing to collecting the rest booster and don't use it,

when next new season start, buy only new 3 FT (18 yr/o) and train them until whatever % you want. (example 100%) by using rest booster you have collected

then make sure to put those 3 FT on every match so they will gain skill until the end of season they will reach 120%.

keep collecting the rest booster also, but don't always use it. just use it if you really need to use for important match only.

then, next season, keep repeating this step buy another 3 new FT (18 yr/o),

on the 4th season, you will have 12 FT players with maximum age 21 yr/o, still young anyway.

then this is the right time for you to aim the treble

I clean data (or install-uninstall the game) very often so to be able to collect more easy boosters but my fb is always connected with my team.
Only if start a team with a new fb or google account.

but I agree with @ adifairus
If you built a good team and secured the CH.L. for next season, keep it up.
Sacrifice one expensive player to avoid bankrupt.
