Which new Position should I train this guy?

As the title says it all,
Bought a 18 y.o LM. I lack MC position but had a bad experience with changing a player from MR to MC. Which ruined his performance. Still dunno the reason behind it. But I felt he was not made for MC. That is why asking u guys now.

So which position should I train this guy according to his stats.
AML or MC

Is there any hint in knowing if a new position may not work. Planning to give him a special attribute than two positions.

the only worthy (maybe) is the free-kick specialist.
But your guy has low shooting and finishing skills.

but if I had to choose between a ML-AML
and a ML with any T11 sa, I would choose the first.
