How to keep upgrading facilities

Hi,
I'm a new player, using exclusively android version on mu phone.
I've a Gym level 2, and since I made this upgrade next level is closed.
I've a message down stating 'Bloqued: traning feild. To opeon,...'
actually the screen doesn't display the whole message, and I didn't find ne mean to unbloque the situation.
How can I keep upgrading, what should I do to unbloque the situation?

You need to upgrade all other facilities to the same level before you can carry on.

In other words you can't just keep upgrading one thing, you have to do everything.

Actually seats doesn't matter for other facilities - they will be built with the stadium upgrade (tho if you will upgrade seats, time will be reduced from stadium build)
What you need to do is upgrading the rest, such as score board, lights, grass and so on

if i upgrade the seats first and then stadium the result is the same considering time to built, but i will spend more money and will have max 3.000 spectators capacity (in my case)... so i should built only stadium, not seats... am i right?

Upgrade ONLY the stadium/arena (until lvl 10), then when you reach lvl 10 you could upgrade the x-tra seats.

No...the seats will count on during upgrades from the stadium.
