Does training new position affect the sp/sa after update?(August 2018)

I have just tested 5 times my sp decreased when i tried to train new position

sp decreased?... can you add a practical example.. cause now I'm not sure to understand what you mean....

Ofc. the SAs and new postions are trained in a different speed than the normal skills....
