look at your opponents weaker side ( have weaker players) and tell your team to focus there passing on that side.... they are focusing on offense so try having like 3ST 4MID 1DL 1DR 1DC
edit: they would more expect you to go defensive so go with a offensive formation too but tell your team to play defensive...
