you have to win in midfield, use:

3 4 3
or
3 4 1 2
or
3 5 2 flat

I play the same system with one difference. 3-DC 1 DMR, 1 DML, 2 MC's, 1 AMC and the difference is that instead of the second striker i use a DMC. My AMC ofcourse is a (i don't know how to say this in English, but in Greek the translation is hidden striker). So when i attack i have 2 strikers. A DMC gives more stability in your defence. Play counter attack, putting red arrows (the ones that tell the player to go forward) on your DMR and DML (it is essential) and on your AMC and one of yor 2 MC's (the one with the better offensive skills. Now, if you want to put a blue aroow (you knoe so they can turn back), to one MC and maybe to your DMC it's your choice. I have blue arrows to mone of my MC's and to my 3 DC's.
