What about ... youth players?

Bought players for 13, 7 and 11 tokens... So why would I waste 3 x 14 tokens, for 3 players at 80%?

To get from rare countries, you know better than me.

But tbh it is a problem. I can see that the system is ok in lower levels, because you also get a good amount of money from buying the token youth player and then it is almost always worth it.
But when you reach level 15-20, you finished building the stadium and money plays only a minor role from there on. And then the youth players are pretty much useless.

i've used only academy players for about 3 years now, i think. only the token ones, the free ones i sell.

when i get the new player i sell the oldest player in the team and train the new one to be the highest quality player in the team by 1%, and after that he's on his own. so if i get one beginning of the season i train him to 105% or so and later in the season to 115% or whatever (last week of the season i tend to wait for the new season.)

the positions are a problem. right now i have 3 young goalkeepers. i haven't received a left winger for a year. but it's doable. no idea if it's because of the players or what but i've won the league about 30 times out of the last 40.

The next 2 youth players today, another 2 midfielders. So we still need a striker and a GK to be able to set up youth 11... Also only got 2 defenders so far, but already 7 midfielders (4 MCs).

Most of the time the perform good specially the one for tokens...

I take them always and they perform many times better than the higher quality players I buy from the market.
