Yeah, since they killed off negotiations its been really hard.

You have to be very selective in the transfer market. At the beginning of each season, identify the players that you have to replace and set a budget to replace them.

If you log in everyday you'll get 55 tokens per season minimum, plus whatever you get from associations, so base your budget on that.
