Everything you need to have a good team is rest packs! As I have said in the past, rest packs are the most valuable packs in top eleven. If you have 2k red packs and 20 rests, you are poor, not rich (as you thought)

With rests you can buy a 80 %fast trainer (I reccomend to check and understand Nick's tutorials :Top eleven training The day after and Fast trainers) and improve him up to 100% with 50+- greens!
