That formation is illegal, you can have 3 MC’s max, otherwise their area is overcrowded, also the ml/mr with 3 MC’s makes 5 midfield players, if DMC’s and AMC’s count as midfielders then you can have 7 with what I mentioned, other than that this can’t be done as it is not possible.

But if you want 6 midfielders, then I can recommend the 3-1-2-3-1. It's basically the 4-5V-1, but a DC is exchanged for an AMC. I like it alot, cause it can play both offensively and defensively, both down the flanks or through the middle.
