Orders of 3N-3W-2-1-1

Hello guys,

I'm an old top eleven manager, but I cannot decide a best formation since 3-4 seasons. Now, I want to change my formation to 3N-3W-2-1-1 which looks like;

-------DC-DC-DC-----
---DR---DMC---DL---
---------MC-MC------
----------AMC-----
------------ST----- (both DMC and AMC have forward arrow)

As I heard, it is very effective formation but I don't know the orders. Could someone using this tactic please help me for the orders? Thanks in advance, good luck guys.
