I thought I'd post the formations I used in an attempt to show the flexibility needed to combat your opponents formations.
I used a full 22 man squad no player played more then 28 games and the least 21 of the players that started the sesaon, some left and joined mid term.
At the start of the season I had pre planned four formations, two attacking, one neutral and one defensive, with all being able to switch from attack to defence with the minimal use of substitutions.
This allowed for minimal use of rest packs for the second game, as in all game days I never played the same formation with the same players.
I also managed to see the season out with only two MC's, I find them the most ineffective per $ spent, which is why my squad is heavy on DM and AM players.
So here goes.






I do hope this helps some of the newer managers in the game with what IMO is the most important factor in managing your club to success, oh! and a little help from the club chairman with funds.
