I just finished building everything to max, so now I am looking to figure out how to train every type of player by position. Can someone help me and tell me how to do that? Is there any ratio needed between skills?

No one can tell you how to train your players by position as the preferences are subjective. The only objective factor is white skill vs grey skill. The former is more important than the latter. Thus, generally speaking, train your players' white skills as much as possible.

No problem. As I said, all white skills are important. The order or prioritisation within the white skills is subjective. Some may prefer speed to dribbling or shooting to fitness etc. But it's all subjective.
For example, I prefer speed-y players and high fitness skills as I play with counter attacks and high press. So it all depends on your play style.
