Help me to come back this season

This season is hard for me. Loosing a lot of matches. Currently 9 matches in the row. I see that my defenders got low ratings 6-7 (especially Klimavicius). I bought another defender in his place but he did even worse 5-6 and few red cards so i sack him immediately and placed Klimavicius back.
I tried different tactical variations, looked for various order sets on the forum with no luck. Still bad results. 42 goals scored, 42 conceded. So not sure what to do. Maybe i need to change some players but not sure who is or are doing wrong. Just cant understand from live match.

Report from this day match. What i saw that ass man said that my gk had poor performance before in previous matches. But those defenders get that low rating in almost all matches. So who is "traitor"? Gk? Dc/'s? Or something else?

But you basically need to identify the contributive players n sack the bad programmed players. Do a frieendly vs a 1* team please, so you oversize the internal programming. set a different man for every time one miss a fk or corner until you find the player that scores 2/2 3/3 or even 2/3 and then set this for both sides.

Bielskis sure out. Those with MotM have to stay for sure, so keep for sure Silva and others with a single MotM. out too probably E bassi. Push GK anticipation till 180+

I will try to play with different central defenders today but they both 4*stars only. So you think dmc is bad too? i even didnt think about him

Your attackers white skills are quite low. A team lacking in attack power puts alot of pressure on defense. I would invest some greens in attackers white skills if they are 18-19.

They are 24-26 years old

So you can fire the gk. Sack him first before buy another, even if its a 4* to push his anticipation on him till 220% in few days. Probably he is your main problem.

Why anticipation, khris and not the other attributes? Do you consider anticipation to be the most important skill for a GK? I see some people saying aerial reach is the most important, hence my question.

I dont think i could boost something to 220%. That's too much effort.
Bought new gk. Lost 0-1 only. But this can be because of bad orders. What i can see from match statistics there always low passes completed, usually between 75-79% (doesnt matter if its long or short passes). Not great possession 48-52% often lower than 50%.

yeah let's start for basics, which settings do you have ? lol but it's easy at least reach 180, try 180 anticipation and fitness, the GK can be a very decisive figure.

Anticipations wins vs the oppo Speed, basically, so if the oppos is going to shoot in the right side your GK will be there since eysterday.
OFC as I always say, the external skills, affect slightly the internal programming so you needed a good GK. The last one wasn't well programmed.

Usually normal/flanks or mixed/mixed/off/high Versus stronger defensive/flanks/mixed/on/high or low.
There is nothing easy to reach with this kind of slow training routine.

Set defensive always, put defensive arrows on DCs . Focuss resources in 2-3 players, I don't have so much info but that's all I can say. If, you add captures regarding the friendly vs a 1* team maybe I can try to tell you a little bit more.

I won that friendly 11-0. There was only one corner (visible) which was a failure.

Ok so, change the corners man, you need try friendlies till find 1 man who scores with more effectivity than the rest there, for corners and fk.
Try the gk now, and once u find it, set that player to pick in both sides. This is one task you've to do that can resolve your matches in your favour.

The ST is so valid to stay in the team But how did these 2 guys that earned 10's contribute? did they score? lots of appearances and many fails maybe?

Sack Kilmavicius. Looking the constants better put Silva as DC there and buy a DL. I guess one problem could be there.

Garuti - 4 goals 1 assist
Alba - 5 goals (he missed few chances)
Striker and dmc - both 1 goal
Garuti is a key man for sure. He scores most goals and get highest ratings. This formation in my opinion have 2 key elements - wingers and dmc. But different talk about dc's.
What i see that my dc usually get low ratings and it's not temporary thing. It season over season with different dc's. And they often slow trainers. I havnt seen any fast trainer in dc zone for long time. But what i see sometimes that opponent defensive line has good ratings (good dc rating when they get over 7, very good when over 7,5). Probably this started when new pitch layer was introduced.

Hmm... Then you have at least 2 well programmed players, sure that you could built a better team arround them, but this is more a issue regarding the scenario lecture and the actions u do in the live matches. Ofc you need to work to find the fk n corners man, but you could to improve the way you react during games.

So any tips or guides about "scenario lecture"? You say that it is issue but i am not sure how to overcome this issue

Seems i cant come back this season. Another 0-5 defeat. Looking forward for next season

The possesion bar have mostly of the answers. Really is the first place where you need to pay attention, then to the effectivity % and 3rd to the ratings.
Every match have a scenario set by the engine. A scenario means a limited list of conditionants, that will determine what matters during the match.
As the game have many conditionants a scenario never counts all the factors to determine a score.
maybe condition 0 don't affect today, maybe, morale, don't influence, maybe your key player don't show up cause the rating variations, and maybe long passing fails and guess what, win bonus matter and usually, too, only 1 of the 4 training bonuses help to resolve a scenario.

Forget about tactics ad think in top eleven as a puzzle game, where absolutely every scenario, can be resolved.

First, what I usually do in live matches, is try to find the right mentality, I start defensive, so if works, cool, if not, I switch. The bar instantanely, will change, maybe will just move 1 cm more in your favour, or against you, but with 1--3 seconds usually you can see if a change of some settings is meant to be worth. If the bar go to worst just switch to the previous setting.
Focuss passing too is a option that can be tracked with the bar.
As, the engine will select few players to be determinant during the game, and these determinant players will be selected depending on the rating variations (if a player have like 68686, will have a 8 very likely, so can be selected for well in the next game) you have to think that maybe desite the formation you've set and the tactic you're expecting to see worlking, all this go in the opposite direction.
many times just by switching the focuss passing you can notice how the bar increases in your favour or just favours the oppo.

Then I start always mised passing, if I lose long balls I switch to short,
Think that your orders can affect the oppo in the same way as in your team, meaning that for example, with counters ON, if you switch them you can have, a counter -insta counter, in next animation- coming from your oppo. So caution with that.
Uaually the counter, works by your side when you have the option in OFF and you activate it.

Then remember that Tackling option doesn't mean aggressivity, but number of tackles.
Usually the aggressivity factor is against 1, or the 2 teams, so this means that if it's against you, even with easy tacxkling you can have red cards, because as said this option dont reduce the aggressivity -you can spot oppos tackling by checking the report, usually a match have 10-12 tackles in easy, 20 in normal, 20+ in hard), so, this means that i the oppo have the agressivity, you can force a double yellow, by focussing the passing to the player that got a yellow and setting hard tackling, as the option somehow will affect the oppo.

The possession bar is the most important thing really, if you understand how to control and how to influence on it, you will improve a lot your game.

The quality of our passing wasnt good enough or our passing was poor, a lot of uncompleted. I often get this tip in report. To what it may relate? Poor player passing skills? Bad focus? Poor distance between players?

Sorry for late reply. This comment in report is something I never analyzed deeply tillr each a point where I can say that the cause is X or Y... so Ive to say sadly, for now that Ive no idea about what causes the poor passing % as too Ive to say that Ive seen many situations with more and less % of effectivity, so Ive no conclusions.
But I wouldn't pay attention to this part of the report tbh...

Did my best but left at 10th place. Last match was the ladder between 10th and 8th position but i lost 1-3.
Defense started to play better when i changed both dc+gk
