Beating a 3n - 2 - 3w - 2

Hello people,

I'm fighting for a place in the semi-finals of the Ch. League.
I won 1-0 against my opponent on my home turf, but now I'm doing the away match and he has changed his formation to this :

How can I counter this formation ? Will 4-4-2 work ? What mentality/tactics should I use ?
