I feel like, ppl with less stars (i got better players) i keep loosing to them.
And i take the right Formations against those teams etc.
Am i doing something completely wrong or?

Not Really, You need to start getting some 5* players in, especially in a ST if your prefered formation is the formation set, Maybe also replace your 2 MCs and the ML as well.
Thing is, i have only 345k atm :S
well i don't relly like your formation much ^^,if u score u score a lot but when u lost u lost by a lot also :D :D,depend to much on wings never be a good idea,if the ball can not come to your wingman it's mean no chance of goal ^^
Im not planning on having this formation, im gonna play by countering my opponents formation?
