    Red card in league, can he play in cup or champ league

    my player has received a red card in a league match, is he suspended for the next 3 league games or the next 3 games i play. im wondering if he can still play in the cup.
    league winner season 1,2
    champions league winner season 2

    Cards players pick up over a season only apply to the competition they were picked up in...

    Your player will miss your next league match because of the red...

    Yes, he will miss 3 league games but can play in the cup, and when you hover over a player's injuries and cards status on the squad screen, it will tell you about his suspensions. Also you get an in-game warning if a player in your squad is suspended for your next match, so it is easy to manage.
