Hi Folks, I've really enjoyed seeing the effort some of you go to in recording your progress on these forums (especially 'July Fourth') so have decided to join in and try and chart my own.

I'm a returning player to TopEleven, having played for a 10 or so season stretch in the past. I'm back after god knows how many months absence... last time I played you couldn't challenge friends to a friendly.

I returned to T11 twice...

I don't know what my first team called, it was founded around August 2011 or something. Then on Jan 2012 I started a new team called Mukmuks, and that was abandoned as well. Now, it is AEPRE FC...

A poor draw yesterday left me second behind FC Beaujolais. Today they drew and my boys won 3-1 to put me back on top.

First post once again brought up to date. FC Beaujolais drew again and my boys won 4-1 leaving me atop the table by 3pts.

Last two games (wins) have come since upping the Win Bonus from 2.5 to 5... wonder if that has made the difference, could be the return to slightly more conservative orders.

Thing about L1 is, you tend to play quite a lot of 'BOT' teams until they are overtaken by human managers as they start a brand new team on the game.

Today was a disappointing result my boys I drew against a Bot Team, I put it down to my star man [MC] Coqu being injured in the first half. I was watching the game at work but the problem is as I tether my Samsung Player through my Windows Phone device if I try and make subs it kicks me out of the game session. To get Coqu subbed I had to log off and log back on after a few minutes so auto subs could take effect but by then I was 3-1 down and still unable to make any changes to try and influence the game.

Luckily my boys pulled it back late in the game to draw 3-3 and my rival (FC Beaujolais) lost their game so I am now 4pts clear but without Coqu for the rest of the season. I have raised the win bonus to 7.5k in an attempt to try and power through the last few games and secure 1st place.

Tomorow's game SHOULD be easy as it looks like a manager has started the game and immediately abandoned the team... watch us get destroyed...

Yeah about half the teams seem to be bots, they all seem to line up 4-5-1.

Following yesterday's injury to my 20 quality [MC] S.Coqu I went looking on the transfer market for any value to be had. The out of contract players peaked at 14 for [MC] but I already have a 27y/o backup at that quality (Matt Moncur). Of the non-free players there was a 29y/o [MC] with 17 quality. He was valued at 100K but I won with my opening bid of 70K, so Moncur was sacked and Spanish [MC] Gotti joined Barking bad.

His morale is in no shape to start the next game (in 20 or so minutes) so fingers crossed.
