No 2x video bonus

Top 11 is really good game but I don't understand why this game doesn't have any consistency. If we look over the forum we can see tons of complain about video, dicing, cheating, transfer market etc. If you say, "stop playing" but its not the right solution.

Its more than a week free video not supporting us to get booster, rest etc. Still login, logout, login, logout, refresh then can watch those free video. Now today I didn't get 2x training bonus, I refresh, logout, clear cach etc. Its just frustrating

I'm not happy about support answer, even he reduced my video watching limit to 30, out of 35. Last 3 months I watch everyday 35 videos, some days even login-logout 35 times then received those 35 videos, spent more than 2 hours only for those videos and now no 2x bonus and even worse to reduce my video limit to 30. I was going to quit last season due to their dicing, trolling, luck, bad day etc, and tons of other game issues, but still I was playing this season because I like this game and thought I can keep myself out of those war game, which I played last 7/8 years (Travian and Tribal Wars). Don't know I should quit or not, better frustrated more, playing only 3 months or 3 season not enough but I don't think t11 golden age left anymore, I come to play this game way late, I think 2013 to 2015 were t11's golden age.
