I've just started a new association. i'm looking for keen players who make an effort to help our group win. i dont expect people to log in to watch our games , if you can fine, but i do expect people to actually train their teams properly, and to give training bonuses to other members. i'm fed up of players joining my group and i never see them online, they never speak in chat, they dont give bonus and their training starts off ok on day 1 and falls off to nothing. I'm sure we've all had the same issues trying to find regular members who are going to make any kind of effort. i know people want to join associations to get free prizes and get carried by the rest of the group, well i dont allow anyone to get a free ride, be active in the group, be polite and friendly and what more can i ask for.

i'm not expecting the moon, just a consistent group of people to take to Gold level. Beyond gold i'm not interested in. Remember this is a new group starting at the bottom of the ladder.
i think i may be better off asking for English speakers too as i think too much foreign chat puts people off being in a group. So english speakers please, and i dont care how many stars or what level you are !!! All i care is that you make an effort, train, give bonuses and that's it.
