Lvl 18 manager looking for a new Association

I am a Level 18 manager. Have never finished outside of top 4 in my leagues, recently left my old association as the inactive members had brought down the group to Silver 1. My team reaches between 100%-110% every season. Want to join an association that is Gold 2 or above. English speaking association preferred.
