Newbies for future success

I am looking for some newbie managers to join a new association and be a part of a longterm success, also together, our teams will grow and so will we as managers Speaking German English and bit Spanish+some Czech, Polish I understand something also, learning Russian now , I am now leading my level 7 league with at least 5 star players, name of association we can change playing times we can discuss, everything is open for discussion.
