102% young team (120% expected) looking for a good asso!

Looking for at least gold 1 asso with a goal to promote!

My team is 102% atm but rising fast, because of young players, still need 1 or 2 for a full roster. I expect to be at least 120% at the end of this season.
I'm always 40% trained, watching matches, active in chat.

About my club:

This is my 3rd season.

Won everything in first.
Won league, finished second in cup, 3rd in champions league in second season.
