    Need advice to remove inactive captain

    Our captain has been not able to login to his account for 2 months. He gave permission to remove him from association.I sent message to customer support team but got only automated reply.
    How can we remove him?

    Any genuine advice will be heartly welcomed.

    his account only becomes in-active after 3 months. so you've got another month to go yet. nordeus will not remove it. it has to dissappear on its own

    If he has been inactive for a month, you can contact the support and ask them to set a new captain.

    he did already ( sent message to customer support team but got only automated reply )
