Association looking for New Active Superstar Manager

Hi,

My name is Nikhil and I represent Phoenix Fire Club, an association filled with supremely talented managers. We are expecting a manager to leave us at the end of this season and we are recruiting for one new manager. He should have the following:

1) Be actively playing the game (daily)

2) Training players daily

3) Be active on weekends for Association games

4) Update squads and strengthen team every season

5) Should have fair idea about training players/skills etc

6) Preferably playing Special Sponsor events for rewards

7) Must have a squad of greater than 120% with decent white skills at the end of every season

8) Must be able to join our association whatsapp group

Current Division - Gold 1 (We are promoted to Platinum for next season)

Stats-

1st place - 29 times

2nd place - 2 times

3rd place - 4 times

4th place - Not in our DNA

I'm currently at 125% Level 8 - 9
I should start next season with 110% - 115%
And I train everyday
10% training everyday, always active
