Help me, I´ve lost my Skillpoints!

Hello I´ve lost my Skillpoints since yesterday. They were from another on the moment away...
I don´t know why or what´s happen, but i didn´t used the Skillpoints.

it's very annoying for me, so I wanted to know if there is a possibility to get the skillpoints back?!

This should not be possible, it's wierd, are you sure you didn't click on auto-assign?

Yes I´m sure...I never use Auto-assign, very sure.
I´ve logged in via Smartphone and everything was ok. Then I came home and logged in via facebook and all skillpoints were lost. My team has the same strength as before.

Probably a silly question but have you checked on your smart phone again.

Yes same **** on the smart phone too. But not the first time that something was suddenly lost. At a friend of mine suddenly a player was lost, immediately after he bought it.
Maybe I hope that I can get some help from the Top Eleven Service Team.

I guess support will be off for a few days at least.
Hopefully they can access the data for yesterday for you.
It may be worth taking a few screen shots of the players form ratings in the games were you have lost the points from, also opponents names and dates Etc.
