My friends are missing from my friend list and I'm playing as an Anonymous

I just started playing Top Eleven last night. Everything is seems fine until I log in for the second time. I can't find all of my friends. If I do, I have to add them as my friend even though I already added them. The worst part is that I'm playing as an Anonymous. This is must be a technical problem and I find this very, very annoying. Please fix this as soon as possible.
