Bought player but transfer failed?

Wondering if anyone can help, bought a player this morning at 845amGMT time, i was the only person with a bid and the clock ran down, the timer stuck on waiting on transfer window so i though i'd look in squad and he would be there.
Player wasnt in squad and noticed that no money had come out of my account anyone have any ideas, i was definitley the only person to bid?

Sounds like the server failed again. Did you receive a mail ingame saying that you purchased the player?

In any case, you'll need to contact Nord support.
