No token and i lost a lot of money

I pay by phone 15 euro for my tokens no tokens.

I pay 10 euro for.(man bijt hond)dutch 66 tokens no tokens recieve.

I dont no any more were my money go en i pay for tokens and i recieve Nothing please can sombody help me.

I have seen more complaint about by phone its seems. If you can paypal or Ukash or something like, it is better. Also easier to get support, I think. For lack of tokens you *must* contact support with detailed information / screenshot.

Google's dubious Dutch:Ik heb meer klacht over gezien telefonisch haar lijkt. Als u kunt paypal of Ukash of iets dergelijks, is het beter. Ook makkelijker om ondersteuning te krijgen, denk ik. Bij gebrek aan tokens u * moet * contact support met gedetailleerde informatie / screen shot
