but whole last season i was playing that formation and everything was ok!?!

Where do you guys come up with such stupid formations? How can one MC and DMC have possession of the ball in the midfield? Are they passing from one to another until they get to meat with the attackers at the other's team goal? not even 2 MC so they can advance together ... go read about football formations - tactics and learn what works, this game is simple but not for every one to play.
You don't go play competition tennis if you never hold a racket in your hand, or if you played in Mid-School team - do you?

Long balls. 5-2-3 and 4-2-4 are real life formations, albeit rare ones, and there will be wingbacks or wingers supporting the two midfielders. It would be nice if you could add something constructive in a polite manner now and then.

I think its your midfield which lead to your 20% possession, they give you the most posession and you have only 2 and one of them is a DMC

It's an illegal formation.

You can sacrifice possession if you ain't that good and you want to use long passes with a defensive lineup, but if you're better than your opponent, more midfielder allow you to keep control of the match.

How could you do well in previous leagues? I'm really curious.

It is the only possible formation with less than 3 midfielders, though. I don't know about possession bonuses, but I usually play variations of 3-2-2-2-1.

I'm curious as to how he did well previously as well.

Only thing I cant think of is that your opponents played illegal lineup as well and you spent a ****load of money to get past them.
