    Smile Game not loading? Here's some things to try.

    Since this question comes up rather often, I thought I would make this link easy to find.
    It has a really good list of things to try, and also a link to put in a request to support if those things do not work!
    Always remember to restart your computer first to see if that is all you needed to do.

    Also, don't forget to stick in the plug !

    server bug

    I tried everything, different computers, deleting what's written to delete, what can I do now?
    My game only works when I reload over 100 times, this is really bad.
    So how can I fix this? I write a message to support, no answer. Please somebody give me an example how to fix this.

    Really? Support didn't answer? Did you give them some time, it won't be instant.

    The link is pretty much what is rec'd to try before contacting them, basically making sure all cache/data cleared, newest version of software installed, try different browsers, etc. Are you sure your internet is fast enough/functioning? Restart your router, too. If you have tried everything only support might find an answer.

    I have important quarterfinals now but game maintenance. So what should i do?

    I am sorry, did you try the usual things, as above, clearing browser's cache, cookies, Flash's data? Sometimes another browser works. Sometimes it is the internet. And yes sometimes it *is* the game server. If you are unable to log-on after trying the above, put in a request for support: Nordeus Support

    I try to log in with FB from computer, have tried 2 different computers, and using Chrome (with and without app) but just get this message al lthe time and have tried 4-5 days



    I have cleared cashe, internet history ect, made sure flash is up to date, restarted computer and can insure you that my internet speed ain't the problem from my side.

    No big problem since I can use smartphone but... I want it to work!

    I have not tested other browsers but if that the only solution I will not use my computer to plat T11.

    So what can I try to solve it? Is it Nordeus support the way to go?
