im guessing you never had that problem before on older versions since you look like an old player
id go with probably the new upgrade
have you tried clearing the games cache?
uninstall first
go to settings - apps - topeleven - clear cache
im probably staying away from the upgrade ATM

Deleted cache/info, started game. Still same problem.
Deleted cache/info again. Deleted game, reinstalled game but still this gfx problem.
Problem only at building/upgrade stadion, parking, blabla.
somehow it doesnt like the android 4.2.2.
Got this problem already 4 month.
Also did send support ticket also about 4 month ago.
im able to upgrade stadion and stuff, but gfx is f!@ked up.

thats weird, im using using 4.2.2 as well from CM 10.1 and i dont have this problem

Have you checked what else your machine is running? (Perhaps even in background, you'd need to go to settings/apps/running) anyway it looks like a memory issue, I had this problem until I killed a few apps that continuously eat memory.

they ask for application language, i use dutch, but cant select dutch.
they ask for application version, howto find version number?
