Did you try all the usual things: clear browser cache, clear cookies, clear Flash data, restart router, restart computer? You might try a different browser too. If none of those things fix it, you will want to put in a request for support here: Nordeus Support

normally, the raison is your bad connection. but sometime this week i can't connect to Top11 on FB (did it well in t11.com) so it may be a facebook problem
