Error connecting server from andriod phone

I play top 11 from my pc without any error. But my android phone doesn't. When i try to play top 11 apk in my phone, the game doesn't load. It just says that error connecting the game server. I tried to clear the cache & restarted the app. But same thing happened. Please give me any suggestion

do you have a backup? 2.13.1 is buggy as well, im still using 2.11 for me phone
