My game possession has been stuck on 20% for awhile now...

My team was constantly very successful until a few weeks ago I noticed that my team was stuck on 20% possession every single game, whether I watched the game or not. It is very frustrating as it's making my team do horrible despite having a pretty good team. Has anyone else come across this glitch?

Yes littledude is right. Did u change ur formation before facing this problem.
U need to hve atleast three Defenders at the very back row. U need to have atleast 1 Striker. U need to have atleast one but not more than 2 players in each flank. U need to hve atleast 4 players in the opponent's hlf. U need to have atleast 1 DMC or MC.
