Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache of your browser(s)? Also you can try deleting Flash data (right click on game area to get to Global settings). And make sure you have the latest version of Flash as well.

If that doesn't work, will have to see what Support says...

well it doesnt work.. when does the support will answer me? i'm waiting 3 days already
