    I have the same problem, but only from 1 PC. others including my laptop and smartphone applications are still working.

    help please

    I Have this same problem. shows "Initializing..."
    but I have this problem only on my PC. others PC's and laptop or smartphone applications I have no problems.

    now working,everything seems ok,but maybe compensation for this problem

    I had that problems for few days, then I just disabled my firewall and it been solved.
    try this.

    I can't login from iphone app. It just keeps showing the loading screen, any ideas?
