cannot enter Inbox

hello,

when I want to enter my inbox with messages, every time I get the display connection lost try again, and the game reload. So I turned of my PC, I restart my network but nothing helps for the moment.
Anybody knows this problem and maybe a solution?

i get this problem a lot but i dont get disconnected. do you get to the inbox menu and its blank or you cant enter it at all? if its blank then just click another menu and back to the inbox, it should refresh the inbox and you can see your message again. i did get your rare bug where i cant open up my inbox on my phone and get disconnected, but i havent used my phone for around a monthish

I cannot get into my inbox. If I click on my inbox I get a new screen: connection lost, try again later....
