My server's always down

what's wrong with my server?
in this season, my server's always down. I try to connect the game, but it failed to start for over ten days.
so I missed more than half of the matches.

moreover the server place me in the toughest league where most players have average stars at 35-40.
that's still fine, but please fix the server.

there are a few reasons this can happen (not suggesting you have issue A, but not B)
your internet may be faulty
your ISPs hub may be faulty
your, topelevens server may be faulty

ATM my guess would be C because sometimes on my neighbors fancy satellite (you know how insane their speeds can be), even i cant connect properly (playing as anonymous). usually i just refresh it once and im in. just keep trying to refresh or try again at a later time when not many people play T11

Today is the 1st time i am facing this problem. And the internet is totally fine. It has to be their server!!!!!

if you searched through the other subforums (and use a translator) youll see a few 'cant connect' threads. they practically looks just like our 'bug and technical issues' section, a few cant connects and stuff every dayish
i dont rely on the almight online translator, otherwise id be helping them. they also probably cant translate my posts

thanks for every advices. as littledude 072 said, I'm not sure what's the cause. because apart from Top Eleven games, everything is just fine, I can surf any webpage and other games. but yes, sometimes I can play this game on other PCs in other locations.

I think I used to read some 'can't connect threads' and try to follow the instructions, but it didn't work at all.

yesterday I can connect the game, but again today I can't.

just keep trying to refresh, thats the only way i see it. i usually become anonymous when the server resets. after a refresh im as good as new, doesnt happen again for the day
if you can play as anonymous, your data might be retrieved within a few minutes. if you dont feel like waiting just keep refreshing
this is mainly server side issues. many people on other subforums are complaining as well

some day I had refreshed a dozen times, but it won't work. T_T
