Can not load the game

I'm having problem playing using my ipad or my android smartphone, both on wifi or 3G. It always say "There was an error connecting to the server. Do you want to retry?"; I click yes, but still the same result.

I often play this game more on mobile than PC. I hope there's a fix on this asap.

PS: I play other online game without having problem, so it"s not connection problem

When I'm connected to the game on ipad/phone, it always disconnected when i'm in the middle of game, or changing tactics.
