Can not load the game

On 14-03 i had problems connecting topeleven at 2100 hour it was just offline with facebook account and i did lose the match

never had it before and iI use autocleaner for the browser and server timing setting (using the new version)

I keep getting issues in Firefox.
Game won't load via Facebook due to some form of scripting error.
Game won't load from website direct, no idea why, just sits there.

The day before yesterday, I was part way through setting my team up before a match, when the game just stopped, and wouldn't let me in.

The game not loading and pls dont tell me to clear the cash and change browsers/java/flash i did every thing and still dont load and i contact wil nerdous and they told me the same things java/flash change browsers so ?????

The problem of the Top Eleven.
The browser Firefox does not start the game and get error messages (error in the screenshot file).
When it is run, I watch and memory enough.
RAM: 2Gb
Firefox 46.0.1

And again! At 4 from the last 6 matches, the server game is down!!! My group/team can't play/watch our matches!!!!! PLEASE, fix this problem, PLEASE!!!!!
We are bulgarians, serbians, portugals and 1 guy from Africa! All can't play the game at final FA Cup!!!!! We are so disapointed!

When I try to use the Top 11 app on my android phone at my local library the app doesn't work. I asked tech services and they said there might be an "internet port" issue. Does anyone know about this or perhaps has dealt with this in the past?
