injured player not subbed

never had this happen before but early in my last game a player was injured and no auto sub was brought, likely cost me the game.

had this before. autosubbed properly set, those inline for subbings on the sub benches, autosub not working. the ass(istant)mans probably buying cotton candy elsewhere. no other reasonable explanation

ima say this again, why are inactive managers being helped a lot (heard stories of players spawning for just 1 game)? why arent active managers being helped?

There are many other managers also who can't change injured player ( connection lost ) ... Tho if I watch the game on my computer and player will get injured I can sub him without any problems...
