Become anonymous and lost friend in friend list

this screenshot shows I become anonymous and i lost a lot of friend in my friend list so it is hard to get gift for tomorrow as because everyday i can claim gift from my friend.

just refresh a few times, its not a big problem. if you get a 'cannot connect' just hit reconnect or refresh. it happens a lot during the opening and last days of the season but ATM im thinking theres a server side issue
