Half-empty Stadium & Full 5% Possesion Bonus: How is that possible?

As far as i understand the only way to get 5% bonus in your stadium is to get 100% assistance.
For example if you have a 5K stadium and you get 4.99K assistance you only get 4%.

Am i wrong?

So, i play against this guy (2nd place), away game, i watch the game. See half-assistance in his stadium, should have 2% or 3% tops bonus. He gets all 5%.

Is this a bug? Should i report it in Nordeus Support ?

Please appreciate a reply if someone knows.

There is a maximum possible attendance for each level. It is possible to have sped up the building to have a larger stadium than that maximum attendance, thereby getting the 5 percent bonus, but not a full stadium.

exactly, and thats why sometimes we have people that waste tokens to have the stadium at max. level, in level 1, and they have only 400 fans looking the match in a stadium of 260.000 places LOL
