Are you saying you logged onto your T11 ACCOUNT and you had 30T missing or are you saying you bid a total of 30T and never won a player?, if it is the first then contact Nordeus help and tell them your circumstances to see if you can get them back!, if it is the latter then there is nothing you can do about it.
There is not a limit of rounds in the "bidding war", if you have 30 Tokens, you try to buy a player, and you waste the 30 Tokens for this player, but another manager put the Token 31, you, loose all the 30 Tokens.
Or you win a player, or you loose all tokens that you wasted in the bidding. The market is not like negotiatioins.
Of course if you wasted 30 Tokens and you won the bidding, but don't recived the player, then, exists a problem that can be solved writting to the support, but if you don't won, nothing to do.

All Tokens issues need to be dealt with by Nordeus Support
If you mean you logged in and the Tokens were missing, did you fail to complete an offer? They do revoke Tokens if an Offer fails to be completed.
